SEDDON GROUP ANNOUNCES REORGANISATION

Seddon Group, the leading national family-owned construction business, is pleased to announce a reorganisation to create three strong and independently owned trading companies.

The new separate business structures are:

Seddon Construction and Seddon Homes, owned and led by Christopher Seddon's family.
Seddon Property Services, which will rebrand to Novus Property Solutions, and Seddon Estates, which becomes SHS Estates, owned and led by John Seddon's family.
Seddon Engineering Holdings owned and led by George Seddon's family.

The move will create three independent and stronger businesses which are able to provide customers with an enhanced service offering and generate significant opportunities for growth.

Seddon Group chairman Rod Sellers says: “This is a natural evolution for the 115-year-old Seddon family business spanning five generations, which will secure the long-term future of the businesses. We do not expect there to be any redundancies in the operating companies as a result of this reorganisation. This is an exciting development, which will enable delivery of the family goal of creating businesses that benefit employees, clients and stakeholders for many years to come.”
